First and foremost, Mary Sheckles Jones is a disciple of Jesus Christ.

She is a mother of two a grandmother of six and a GG of two handsome young boys.

But it didn’t start that way. If you know what it is like to live a life of addiction and failed life, you are not alone.

Mary was on the path to destruction and eternal death. Mary has been a recovered addict for over 10 years. Since she has kept her eyes on Jesus and has NEVER looked back!

Mary has received several certificates and degrees, but her ability to receive diplomas in Biblical Studies and Ministerial Studies are what motivate her to be a knowledgeable Sunday School Teacher and has been using this experience to develop her speaking skills.

The first book Mary wrote, “Called from Christianity to Discipleship” lays out the basic requirements for anyone who desires to teach and train disciples. She lives by the motto that “Disciples are Not Born but Made.”

Proverbs 22:6(NLT) says this,

Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.

In her second book, “Finding Yourself by Renewing Your Mind”

Mary bases Christian life on what Paul the Apostle instructs and breaks down how to allow God to bring the changes to your mind He desires by changing the way you think.

Romans 12:2 says this (NLT),

Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.

By changing the way you think, it will give you a new perspective on how to respond to ALL circumstances that come your way.
